Floors 1 through 5 form the beating heart of WTC Almere. These are the largest office floors in the building — ideal for organizations seeking space, flexibility and visibility.
The bright, open layouts allow for a modern working environment: from open desk areas to private offices and meeting rooms. With their central position, the lobby, PDX Services and meeting facilities are always close by.

On the 21st floor of WTC Almere, you’ll find a high-end Event & Conference Center offering a unique perspective over the city and its surroundings. This exclusive facility is available to WTC Almere tenants, but can also be reserved for external events such as product launches, networking gatherings or business seminars.

Floors 22 to 31
Floors 22 through 31 make up the highest office levels of WTC Almere. Here, you quite literally work at a higher level — with impressive views over Almere, the Gooimeer and, on clear days, all the way to Amsterdam.
